Is there anything worse, it’s literally the night before Christmas and your boiler fails. Called Kensington and Chelsea Heating Services. Boom. Quick to attend, courteous and fixed the problems immediately. Then the invoice arrives, very reasonable. Result all round. Thank you.

I contacted Kensington & Chelsea Heating Services to replace a leaking (cracked) Water Closet and taps on my bath tub. In old flats like mine, WCs can be slotted in awkward spots, which involve removing tiles. Jake replaced the WC, and sorted out the tiles, so as not to leave visible scars. And the place was left very clean after the works.

Jake and his team are always ready to help and passionate about their job. Last time I needed his service was at the end of the day for a leak. He was busy, but he did come and fix the issue in no time. He always minimises disruption and he explains clearly what the various options are and their cost. His advice is honest, and you can trust him. He is always on time and very easy to deal with. I have been using his services for more than 10 years and would strongly advise to try him; you will be very pleased.

Jake confirmed for me that he would be doing the job (Oven & hob installation) prior to arrival - So no surprises when he arrived to do the job. The job was done at agreed rate. There was other work being done on the apartment by other trades people, this was handled professionally and well by Jake. I would use his services again in the future. Used for further work in bathroom which was done professionally and well.

This was my second time using the firm, this time for a plumbing problem. After a terrible experience with Pimlico Plumbers last year, the experience with K&C SW7 has been really excellent. On both occasions, they have been able to come quickly and have resolved my problem. Very professional, helpful and friendly, I have no hesitation in recommending them based on my experience as a customer.

We have used this firm on a number of occasions and would now use no other. In addition to the above they are very honest. By mistake we paid them some money that we did not owe. As soon as that money went in to their account they realised it although we had not and telephoned us and immediately refunded us the quite substantial amount. We are so grateful for this honesty.

Jake arrived punctually. Diagnosed and resolved the problem within minutes. Did a full diagnostic, and left when he was satisfied the system was fully operational.
